Gaining a basic understanding of healthy foods habits for the body.
MOTOR SKILLS
Focuses on teaching the core fundamentals of balance and coordination while developing gross motor skills.
INTRO TO SPORTS
Basic instruction and introduction of sport skills.
FITNESS
Encouraging kids to build healthy lifestyles and learn the basics of exercise.

Queen Creek Fitness Training
Ironwood Crossings Community in Queen Creek (Ages 9-14)
Registration Fee is $80 on a monthly recurring basis for 4 months to include 8 sessions per billing cycle or $320 for all 32 sessions.
All Classes are 4:30 to 5:30 Tues/Thur unless otherwise noted.
All Classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment
Classes are outdoors weather permitting. We will periodically have scheduled classes on Saturday’s from 8am-9am thoughout. Additional Saturday’s reserved as makeups for holiday’s or cancelled sessions due to unforseen circumstances.
Class will initially be scheduled for Saturday’s of 9/21, 10/5, 10/26, 11/23, 12/7
