I am passionate about helping others accomplish their goals through wellness and physical activity.  My vision is to help others Live Life Well through being engaged in an active lifestyle.  My experiences include:

M.S. Athletic Coaching Ed from West Virginia University
B.S. Psychology from Arizona State University
10+ years of coaching experience from elementary to high school age youth in public schools
Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
Certified in First Aid/CPR
Several years working with youth and families in social services
Serving in various leadership positions through religious service
Most important being a Husband and Father to four wonderful children
